The proposal or service agreement records target-market coverage, acceptance criteria, delivery method, replacement rules, customer responsibilities, fees and the agreed schedule.

Customers must establish an appropriate purpose, lawful basis, transparency approach, sender identity and opt-out process. Keystone may decline activity that appears misleading, unlawful or indiscriminate.

Internal use, resale, agency use, multi-client operation and sublicensing are granted only where they are expressly recorded in the applicable agreement.
