This notice explains how Keystone handles website enquiries, prospect research and limited business-to-business outreach. Keystone's formal controller identity and postal address will be added before outreach begins.
This may include your name, work contact details, employer, professional role, website, target-market requirements, correspondence, source and campaign history. Please do not send passwords, API keys, special-category information or unrelated personal information.
Website enquiries are submitted directly to Keystone. Prospect information may come from company websites, public company records, business directories and approved contact-data providers. We retain the source and collection date where the system supports it.
We use enquiry information to respond and assess service suitability. For narrowly targeted corporate B2B introductions, the proposed lawful basis is legitimate interests, subject to a documented balancing assessment. We do not treat this as permission for indiscriminate outreach.
The proposed campaign is restricted to verified corporate bodies and role-relevant business contacts. Sole traders, individual subscribers and uncertain partnerships are not contacted without a separately documented consent or soft-opt-in basis.
Information may be processed by providers used for secure hosting, company research, contact verification, email delivery and CRM administration. Keystone does not sell personal information. A complete processor and international-transfer register must be approved before live outreach.
Prospect and campaign information follows a documented retention review. If you object, Keystone stops direct marketing and keeps only the minimum suppression information needed to prevent accidental future contact.
Email hello@keystonehq.xyz to object, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Direct-marketing objections are applied immediately. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
